Family-owned since 2005, still on the same bench
Sing Som opened JCO Computers in Avondale in 2005, and it is still family-owned and operated today. Homes and small businesses across Avondale and the Phoenix Metro bring us their laptops, their networks and, since 2018, their gaming setups too.
01 · Why we started
Honest work, not an up-sell
“We would never price gouge like you’ve seen on several news stations at the big box stores that want you to throw away the old and buy the latest replacement.” That line is on our own site because it is the whole reason JCO Computers exists. Our business was founded on the idea that delivering honest services creates lifelong customers, and if a repair or an upgrade will get more life out of your machine, that is what we tell you to do.
02 · How we work
On-site, remote, or on the bench
Certified technicians can visit you on-site or handle the work remotely, whichever saves you the most time and money. If it needs hands on the hardware, bring it to the shop and we will explain what is wrong before anything happens, not after. We treat you like family and take pride in promptly providing you with what you need, whether that is a data recovery on a laptop that will not turn on or the network running a small business day to day.
03 · JCO Gaming, since 2018
Built our own LAN floor, then started building others
In 2018 we opened JCO Gaming, a LAN centre right here in Avondale that has hosted community tournaments ever since. Running our own floor is also why businesses come to us to design and build LAN centres, cyber cafes, esports arenas and university esports rooms of their own, from layout through the network infrastructure underneath it.
