A friendly, safe floor built for social and competitive gaming
JCO Gaming has run its own LAN centre in Avondale since 2018, a room built specifically for people to sit down next to each other and play, not a row of terminals bolted into a corner of the repair shop. It's open for casual walk-ins and for organized play, and the floor has a real history of community tournaments rather than a one-off launch event. The same team that keeps the machines running also keeps the room itself, so a broken station gets fixed by someone who understands both the hardware and the floor it sits on.
Turnkey Attraction, the LAN centre as a service, for someone else's building
The build-out side of JCO Gaming, called Turnkey Attraction, takes what the Avondale floor already proves works and builds it for other operators: LAN centres, cyber cafes, esports arenas and university esports rooms. That covers the architectural layout, the manufacturing and fabrication, the design, renderings and themes, worked directly with fabricators, architects and contractors, plus the full network stack the floor runs on and the launcher software that manages pay-to-play time and keeps every game current.

Turnkey Attraction exists because operators kept asking how JCO built its own floor. The answer is the same three-part build every time, run end to end by the same team.
Design & fabrication
Architectural layout, manufacturing, fabrication, design and renderings, worked directly with fabricators, architects and contractors.
Network infrastructure
Edge router, switches, public Wi-Fi, WISP, VoIP, POS and the custom PCs the floor runs on, specified and installed as one system.
Launcher & management software
Pay-to-play time tracking and automatic game updates, so the floor runs itself between shifts.
One room, wired to hold
The infrastructure a full floor actually leans on.
A LAN floor lives or dies on the network underneath it, not the desks on top. JCO specs and installs the edge router, switches and public Wi-Fi or WISP connection a room needs to hold a floor full of players at once, along with VoIP for staff and the POS at the counter, and builds every custom PC on the floor in the same Avondale shop that has built PCs for over a decade.
